Traditional Chinese painting is a precious part of Chinese culture with a history of thousands of years. It carries deep meanings of the Chinese culture through depicting the beauty of nature, like mountains, flowers, and birds, etc. This course uses some masterpieces by famous Chinese painter Mr. Wu Guanzhong as a reference to help you capture the charm of this old art.​

Four Gentlemen Flowers

This course isn’t just about painting. It is a great opportunity for you to explore Chinese aesthetics and cultivate your mind, while enjoying the beauty of Chinese art.

No basic painting skills required.

Join us! Pick up a brush, grind some ink, and create your own Chinese painting—let’s experience together the eternal beauty of Chinese art!

Venue: CDU Casuarina campus, Orange Building 2.4.07, Education seminar room 

When: Starting from 14 April till 16 June, 5 pm - 6.30 pm, every Tuesday
